Thank you for shopping at Amazonia Handmade!
We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
• Your article must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The article must be in the original packaging.
• To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• We only offer refunds on items sold at the regular price, items on sale cannot be returned.
• If the item in question is marked as a Gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, this item is non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The exchange or return of products purchased on “amazoniahandmade.com”, must be communicated in writing to contato@amazoniahandmade.com, within 14 days after placing the purchase order. Some products are non-returnable and therefore refundable for hygiene and health reasons. Returned products, to be refunded, need to be in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer, without any damage, anomaly, sealed and in their original packaging. We recommend that the return is made by registered mail. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the customer receives a product that does not correspond to the one purchased or if the product received is damaged, “Amazonia Handmade” will refund the shipping cost, after receipt of the same.
Goods Not Covered
The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:
- Gift cards.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Other products that fall within the same restrictions for hygiene and health reasons.
Partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our fault.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a short number of days.
Late or missing refunds
• If you still haven't received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

- It is up to the Customer to pay the shipping costs for returning the item.
- Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to arrive may vary.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so we recommend that you choose registered mail.
